Barb's Pasties and Pizza, also called Barb's Copper Country Kitchen, features pasties using a family recipe and pizzas using only fresh, handmade ingredients.

A Michigan creation, pasties are served in three varieties: beef, chicken and vegetable, with optional beef or chicken gravy.

Pizzas range from a small (six slices) to "Super Large" (14 slices) round pies, or a 15-piece square.

We also offer catering services.

Pasties are tasty and convenient.  Sadly, the veggie pasties are mostly potato.   Peas, broccoli, sweet potato, more carrots...some other vegetables would be nice!  We've been going here for years, but prices keep going up and the size goes down.

I stopped in for lunch. Just wanted 2 slices of pizza and a pop. 5 bucks. Handed her my card and she told me it was a 10 buck minimum. She tried selling me a 10 dollar slice of carrot cake which looked like a joke. I spent the 10 dollars on a total of 4 slices and 2 pops. Really wish I wouldn't have wasted my money. The pizza slices are so tiny I ate each one in 3 bites. Sauce is completely bland. I will never return....

Very authentic pasties according to my Michigan Tech-grad boyfriend. I also liked how they offered chicken as an option for pasties. I haven't tried their pizza, but plan to soon. Also the zucchini bread in the window looks good, so maybe next visit I'll give in and get a loaf...

My experience with Barnes Pasties was awesome. The owner and his employees were great and the food is amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a delicious pasty, cole slaw, carrot cake or any of the good food they prepare.
