Barbarette told me I didn't have a case and that I was lucky I was not charged in the accident in a case when I was found 0% at fault!!! and the other driver was talking on the phone, these are the kind of professionals that control justice in Alachua County. This type of arrogance and the will to out right mislead minorities is poison to progress and communication and most importantly justice. He told me to get on with my life despite my permanent injuries.

I was charged with Driving with a suspended license and registration with knowledge. He was the third lawyer I called that day and not only was he very engaging but he charged the lowest and struck a deal with the prosecutor to drop all the charges. I was so relieved.

In my twenty-some years of driving I rarely gotten a ticket, that is until I move to Florida. In the five years I've been here I've gotten 4 tickets in all four cases barbarette and quirk have gotten to reduce fine or the case dismissed. These guys definitely know what they're doing.
