Bark and Board Westside features an expansive lobby, cozy sleeping accommodations, large play yards, web cams and a special private area for cat boarding, Bark and Board Westside brings a new level of sophistication to Westside Atlanta doggie daycare, boarding and grooming.

B&B Westside has more than 15,000 square feet of play and sleep space. It’s where all the active, playful dogs want to spend their days! Even older dogs and dogs with special needs are also well cared for by our loving staff.

Overnight guests have a full range of boarding options. Whether your pup stays in our standard boarding environment or private luxury suites, each dog has his own space with only family dogs sharing if you wish.

I cannot believe this facility has such a high rating. I left my dog there for one day and I will never return. I watched the cameras while at work and all I saw was a horribly overpacked patio area filled with dogs that had absolutely no room to play let alone run. They stood there like a herd of cattle. Some were nervously walking in circles. I switched to the inside camera and there were only about 4 dogs in there. I called to ask why there were so many dogs on the patio and hardly any inside and I got no clarification. After telling them I would be picking my dog up early, I got hung up on. There needs to be a cut off with the amount of dogs this facility takes in. I was absolutely heartbroken watching all these dogs stuffed into a tiny patio with no space to play. So basically all these dogs did was stand around and bark. My dog was a nervous wreck when she was picked up and still had so much energy from not doing anything all day!!!

My cats have boarded here many times.   The room has windows that look outside on one side.   On the other side they have windows that look over the entrance area.   Which is great because it keeps cats occupied watching all the people dropping off there pets.    They come home in good spirits so the staff must spend time with my cats when they have a long stay.     I'm very pleased with how it has worked out.

The Westside location essentially ignored my grooming instructions and shaved my dog without asking me, which was quite a shock to discover. They also gave my small senior dog a "C" on his report card for not playing with other dogs more (at least I guess that's why, I didn't really get a walk-through of it). I told them he would likely be shy upfront, and I know my dog is very well behaved so I find that whole grading system quite strange. My dog seemed a bit shook up after the day visit too, for what that's worth. 

I also didn't care for some of the half-hearted interactions with the staff that I had. Corresponding to set up the appointment was a struggle, and I had no idea what I would be paying until I picked my dog up, either. 

Wasn't a nightmare scenario, but it's quite unlikely we'll return.

Chloe has a blast every time and the staff is extremely friendly and professional.  If you have dog I highly recommend this place...

Wonderful, caring staff. Great interaction with our precious pup. Love being able to keep up with our baby's day via the webcam. Scott, Stuart, Taylor and all the staff are fantastic!
