This store has everything one may need for their pets under one roof. The store is much larger than it appears from the outside. The new owners are super knowledgable and passionate about pet health which is reflected in the selection of the pet food they carry. Their pet toys are reasonably priced. Overall, shopping here was an awesome experience due to the wide selection and extremely helpful staff. Last but not there least, these cookies are a reason in themselves for one to go here -

Wonderful pet store! Had all the healthy options for food and treats for my dog and cat (exactly what I was looking for). Friendly knowledgeable owners. Will definitely be back!

I used to go here for everything from grooming to shopping for my dogs clothes, food and treats. I stopped going when I came to pick up my dog like 4 hours later and she's 7 pounds ! So I don't no why she would took so long. Anyways I went to pick her up and I think it was previous management and the groomer were in the back outside smoking. I had to wait 20 mins or so bc no one else was in the store to get my dog which had already been there for about 4 hours !!! I immediately stopped going. Never went back. Horrible experience....and no this is not a fake account. And yes this actually happened. Thus why I stopped going.

This pet boutique has such friendly and knowledgeable staff! Newly owned and the owners are so friendly and helpful. Talking with them was like talking to an old friend. I highly recommend this place! Have items don't see at many other dog store, especially the big box!Service is better then Big Box as well!! Better 1 on 1 experience!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! The store has everything you need for your pet and I loved how helpful they were with all of my questions about different foods for my very picky puppy! After taking their suggestions, my puppy loves her new food! Thank you B&F!
