I bought a car from Fred Gaddis online. That was my mistake. The ordeal that came after that was their fault. After 3 1/2 weeks of delays and misrepresenting the vehicle and the details of transportation service, I wound up with a car that required almost $4k worth of work. Eventually they did work with me to some extent to resolve the situation and make it right. No matter what they did to correct the situation it never should have happened at all.

Diagnostics was quick and accurate. Part was ordered overnight. R&R next day in 30 minutes. CUE screen had dead spot at bottom.

Everyone made me feel like they appreciated my business. One the detailers, two mechanics, several sales personell, and even someone from the parts department took the time to speak with me. They all made me feel very important.
