Disgusting describes the “white” pizza (in quotes because it’s not even close to an authentic white pie), and RUDE describes the waitress we had. First, our water was CLEARLY dirty and when we politely asked her to take our glasses, she got an attitude and walked off in a huff. Then she dropped off new water and just said “here.” and walked away again. Out came fries from a different, pleasant waitress and less than 2 minutes later came the “white pie.” (We thought an appetizer was supposed to come BEFORE the entree...) We knew right away it wasn’t an authentic white pie, and the taste was just as bad as presentation. We had to flag the rude waitress down, she never came over to see how it was (wait staff 101), and told her we didn’t like it, and tried to explain why. She got even ruder and said “well what do you want me to do about it??” and we said to just take it back and she came back with, “do you even want anything from here?” and we got fed up with her and said no, and she grabbed the pizza and said “it figures.” We obviously asked for the manager, who was pleasant enough, and he didn’t charge for the sweet potato fries but still tried to “defend” that pizza. (I showed him a picture of a real white pizza.) He asked that we give them another chance but never will that happen if that terrible waitress works there. They lost good customers due to terrible service.

Grabbed a burger here prior to the new year's eve pub crawl in the old city. Excellent service and food. Had not been here in a couple of years and it has greatly improved. Will not start going here again. Love to bring my out of town guests here. The architecture and rich history of the area is great for out of towers and locals alike.

I came here for lunch with a bunch of friends a few days ago. I got Chicken Pesto Wrap and waffle cut sweet potato fries. The wrap was awesome and huuuge. I had to take half of it to go since I was too full. The fries was good too. Funny thing is everyone of us ended up getting sweet potato fries after seeing one guy who ordered first getting up.

This place is great. It really shows off how pretty the old city buildings can be. The food is delicious, and I have never had anything bad here. The staff is very nice and is always very helpful. Make this a place a priority to go to if you are visiting.

We have lived on Knoxville for many years and this is still one of our favorite places to come for pizza. My wife and I were here on. Saturday night after a Ice Bears hockey game. They had great live music but it wasn’t overly crowded. The service was great just like the pizza.
