We were on the look for a specific book, and we thought we knew where it would be, but after 15 minutes, looking high and low... no dice. I had to humble myself and ask for help  and, Boom  the day was saved by a helpful staff member who quickly led us to the correct section and found the book we were after. The moral of the story is... ask for help and stop wasting time in all aspects of your life

My daughter ordered some books online and when they were delivered whoever packaged them put the adhesive strip right onto the cover of one of books, no barrier in place to prevent it. The convenience was gone when we had to visit the store to do an exchange. They did not have that book in stock but the gentleman helped us reorder a new copy. It arrived in tact.

One of my favorite Book Stores !  The Staff is super helpful in locating what I'm looking for and if needed they will order & it will be shipped to my home or the store.  This store is always organized...clean...and easy to get around.   There is also a Coffee  Shop with yummy pastries and Desserts with many tables to sit and read or visit at.

In many respects it's a good store, but I've tried repeatedly to set up a reading/signing event for a friend only to be evaded in person and brushed off by email at every turn. If management doesn't want to arrange an event for a local author, that's perfectly fine, but they ought at least to acknowledge the request and decline. Now we're behind the clock and in search of another venue. There's mention on the site about "community involvement" and the like, which unfortunately seems to be just empty rhetoric.

Nice store. The Starbucks does not take Starbucks gift cards. It’s the last real commercial bookstore that hasn’t been killed by the digital age :

Friend and I spent the morning looking at books and all the other wonderful things. Took time out to enjoy a pastry and a latte.  Books and coffee,  a perfect day.

Just the best thorn bookstore ever.  Cafe is top notch and the food is awesome.  I am a club member and get my fees back. Many times over with my discounts..

On this trip my wife found the books she was wanting and I had a good time browsing. It is a place one can enjoy relaxing.

Called in to reserve a book shortly before store closing. They got the book pulled and had it waiting for me when I arrived. Friendly, fast, knowledgeable service!  Can’t recommend highly enough!

The staff here are always so helpful and friendly. And the coffee shop, perfect everytime. This store has games and other collector's item too
