John was very professional and knowledgeable in regards to my DUI defense.   He listens and asks what your expectations are and he greatly exceeded mine.  
If you have been charged with a DUI and are stressed out, I highly recommend you call John Barnes Law Firm.  This is coming from someone that faced a 3rd offense DUI and John plead it down to 1st offense.

My fiancé suffers debilitating migraines. One day he was still suffering from one however he seemed entirely fit to drive when he left later in the afternoon. Long story short although he was "weaving within his lane" as stated on the report by the arresting officer his coordination was poor during field sobriety test. He was confused and unable to comprehend the implied consent law (unconstitutional in my view) and although he did not say "no" they took him to jail, charged him with failure to comply implied consent and was charged with DUI. If you think a public defender has the time to invest in you then take that risk however, if you can I strongly suggest you hire Mr. Barnes or at least consult with him to explore your options. We did consult with a few other attorneys and found hiring John was the best option for my fiancé. John is fair and very reasonably priced for his services. He is flexible with individuals on his fees because he understands many people live on tight budgets. He has been wonderful for us. I am certain the outcome would have been the same had we thrown thousands more at another attorney. Dont waste your money on an overpriced attorney. I have known several attorneys and I can tell you, you will not regret having Mr. Barnes by your side in court. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable of the law, will know and care for your case and he will apply his profound talents for you! We highly recommend John Barnes! He will fight for you and you will walk away with the best possible outcome as did my fiancé.
