I love this store and could spend mass amounts of time and money here. There children's selection is great with lots of stuff to keep my 21 month old happy and entertained. The staff is friendly and helpful whenever I have questions. They have large selections especially on clearance. There pricing online is usually cheaper than in store, and not sure why. There Starbucks can only do about half of a normal Starbucks and they DO NOT take gift cards wich is kind of crappy. I don't go there for the coffee so I avoid that part. But I do love it here and will continue shopping as long as they have a book store. (Hate e-readers)

Terrible place, terrible service. We attended a book signing which involved a half day of driving, hours of lines, purchase of books and wristbands. Everything we were told by staff was incorrect. Lack of proper communication they can not organize an event like this and should never host one again. After all the bs from them, i had no time for even a hello to the author before staff herded us off like cattle literally pushing us out of the way. A family of four 2 adults and two kids who waited patiently all day. This place is a rotten corporate money hungry business. Avoid at all cost.

Today I went in to study at this Crocker Park location. I bought myself a coffee from Starbucks and finished it while studying. Took a study break, bought a book from B&N and a slice of pizza from outside. Came back to finish studying and finished my slice in the first 10 min- as I was finishing it, an employee (looked like a manager of some sort) came up to me and sarcastically "offered me a beverage or pastry from Starbucks, because these tables are only meant for B&N customers." Customers behind me started laughing, which was embarrassing. I told her I had already bought something earlier, she looked at me with an unbelieving smile and said "okay." I spend the majority of my money at that store - I was even going to go get another coffee- (two weeks prior I bought $150 worth of MCAT books & flashcards). Now, I'm not going back. It takes one person (a higher up manager) to ruin a place that you've been going to since you were a little kid.
