I usually search for business and technology books. I believe that Barnes and Noble bookstore should increase their range of book titles. 
Currently, the choices are rather limited. They also need to price match with other sellers, particularly with Amazon; they will increase their sales dramatically. Their book club which requires you to pay (I believe $20 membership per year) will give you a percentage off your purchase is outdated. In the age of Amazon I cannot imagine anyone would opt for that. 
I do like the helping staff who are very dedicated and knowledgeable.

The people who work here are all wonderful and approachable! If you love books and bookstores, you'll find people with those interests here to help you out. 

If you want to preserve the experience of picking your book from a shelf rather than a webpage, support your brick-and-mortar stores!

I used to like going there. Now I don't. I'd rather get my book from ebay because I don't like the subtle brash wash through the display book section with books of one sided opinion or prejudice narrow-minded labeling certain section of your consumers. Why is it now a days big corporations think they have a right to brainwash their consumers with their ideology or ideas from big media, entertainment industry, etc.. Just sell your books or stuff and leave your political opinion to yourself. Just because you are a leader of a big corporation, does it make  you more enlightened or moral? Elitists big corporation, media, establishment politicians, Hollywood, or even Academia do not understand the struggle of common Americans, because they are corrupted by power, wealth, and vanity. When they see in the mirror, they only see themselves and how good they look with their empty slogans. They like to suppress free speech because they feel that they are so enlightened with their vain arrogance. Greedy corporations have exploited workers oversea and taken away jobs from regular working class Americans. Because when there is unequal protection of labor under law, capital can flow and labor cannot, corporations will take advantage of exploited workers unprotected by law. What gives you a right to lecture us when your action speaks louder? Our government and big corporations have colluded together to hurt the interest of humanity everywhere starting from WTOs of unfair treaty disregard for human rights and dignity.

Good selection but the clearance stuff requires diligent searching to find one not all beat up. Starbucks attached doesn't hurt. Especially if you play Pokémon go

It is always a nice atmosphere. The people are very friendly. They have a starbucks next door, which is also neatly kept.
