I was truly impressed with the new style. It's very open, bright and comfortable. The dining area and menu including wine really were a treat! I didn't give it 5 stars because while I was there a woman asked at the main help desk if there was someone who can help her with children's book. Although she had just walked out of that section the young man at the desk told her there was someone on the children's section and comtinued speaking with an older coworker. She explained she just came from there and he insisted there was someone there. Not until she got upset, did the young man walk her over to the section as most Barnes & Noble employees do even if you are a few steps away from the book you want. That wasn't the only issue, there was a family there, the father was elsewhere in the store, the mother was at the center table taking photos of a cookbook and her 3 boys were running wildly around the book store, telling and pushing through people and not one of the staff members said anything. It was my first time there, I plan on giving it another shot, for now, for customer service and calm surroundings, I will continue to go to White Plains.

WHAT DID I JUST PUT IN MY MOUTH?? I just went to a Barnes & Noble restaurant and had one of the best burgers I've had in my life. It was a simple, classic burger, but done so right. It was juicy, and cooked to perfection. The side broccoli was seasoned incredibly well, it felt 5 star restaurant worthy - not just steamed frozen broccoli on a plate. I'm so impressed right now, and would definitely come back. I hope they bring these to Atlanta so I can continue to go when I get home!!

Excellent new B&N store. Small book selection but the indoor and out door seating environment is beautiful. The food is fresh and excellent. They serve micro beers and wine too. This is a great place to meet up.

Fantastic place to spend a Sunday afternoon. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Beautiful outside seating area and cafe. Just love this place!

Always bright, cheerful feeling, well staffed and good food. Great meeting place for casual dining or just a cup of coffee. Indoor and outdoor seating and service. Great selection of books, magazines, and giftables in a quiet comfortable atmosphere.
