Christina was amazing! Extremely helpful, efficient and had an overall amazing attitude. I explained what I wanted once, she tracked down the book and had it for me at store the same week. Great experience, would definitely contact her for any future inquiries.

I like the store!  However regarding the cafe I asked for a specific piece of cheesecake and was given another slice.  The employee gave me what she wanted to not what I asked for... I was told the slice I wanted was frozen, but I said that's ok we'll take it anyway!  My son and immediately went to inspect the food only to discover that the slice was not frozen.  I asked the employee who said that it must have defrosted, however when she held the tray in her hand as she prodded the frozen piece she insisted the slice was frozen.  And, so why then was the piece defrosted?
