This is a nice Barnes and Noble in the heart of the Sugarhouse neighborhood. It's got a great collection of non-fiction and travel books. The cafe is also typically a quiet place to get some work done or read a book. However, there are no plugs for laptops in the cafe.

I love this location. It's quite large and the surrounding area is wonderful. I've had a lot of fun nights grabbing some pizza down the street then wandering this Barnes and Noble. Great stop if that's your kind of thing :) Friendly staff as well.

Typically quiet. Good selection. Lines can sometimes move slow. I gave it only four stars as the staff usually ask for a phone number then email during check out. I personally do not like providing this info. They also ask for your zip code. I assume for tax reasons which does not make sense to me. Shouldn't I pay taxes based on the store location not my home location.

Well, it's Barnes & Noble...  They have books... lots of them. If they don't have what you're looking for they can probably get it in unless it's done rare collectors edition or discontinued. They have music (CDs and vinyl), movies (DVD and Blu-ray) and board games. Pretty much each of their stores I've been to are great.

Spacious, clean, large selection. Well organized. The customer service is nothing special but its not bad either.
