I enjoy going in Barnes & Noble. Bealls can sometimes be a little cluttered especially around the holidays. But they do have wonderful books and lots of specials. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about inventory and helping you find a book. I particularly like that they have places to sit and browse through books. The restrooms are clean and neat. And of course I love to sit and have a cup of coffee. Parking is plentiful.

I spend a lot of time and money in this location. I pre-ordered and paid for an item. I was notified that it was in. Went to pick it up. No one could find it it came in on inventory day. A guy was looking for it for over an hour for me and was very upfront and honest. The problem occurred when I went back the next day. I was told buy a girl in the customer service desk it had never showed up in the store and could have fallen off of the truck. I said it might have gotten put out on the Shelf. I was told that was impossible because they hadn't sold the item. What she didn't understand is that yes one had already been sold and it was to me. Very rude and just didn't want to face up that the store had misplaced it.

The only book store I go to. The people that work here are very nice friendly and helpful. It's rare that they won't have what you're looking for but if not they will order it and it'll be there within a week.

Not very organized..  But it was OK...  The customer service in person didn't really offer assistance in finding what I was looking for..  But they were helpful over the phone. I'm undecided If I will be returning to this location

Loved the westbank location...small and quaint. The Louisiana Section is superb and the coffee shop/book store staff are very attentive.
