The overall building is fantastic! However, that is the farthest it extends to. I sat down in the cafe area for no more than 5 minutes, when a gentleman approached me asking if I would like a menu. After kindly declining the menu, he quickly responded with "You have to leave if you don't order from the cafe". Not even 3 minutes later, another gentleman walked over and placed a menu on my laptop and said, "I'll take your order over here". Not only was that the MOST rude customer service I have ever received, but there were also other customers staying there who had not ordered anything and they were not being forced to order a meal. I never knew that there was a certain time frame that I needed to be hungry or thirsty. I've been coming to this location for weeks now and have always ordered food, when I was hungry. Not sure if I will be moving forward.

Went to this store to buy a Birthday gift card.I went to cashier and after activation he threw the card at me. That guy was so rude. not going to this store again.

My first post was deleted. My husband went to buy a item. But because it was on hold till closing they wouldn't sell it to him even though it was closing and they said they had to wait till closing so he did. Then the manager said sorry come back tomorrow. I called at 8am before the store opened to out it on hold because they also wouldn't do that for him the night before. When the General manager called me back she said that is a perk of working in the store. So you can tell a customer no even though you have multiple of them. But after closing the staff can buy it. Real nice Barns and Noble. I'm still waiting to talk to corporate.

An excellent inventory of books and various other media. The website is very reflective of in stock items, and the staff is always pleasant, helpful, and quick. Could easily spend hours here!

Love coming here ! I bought iCarly Season 1 Volume 2 here with one of my friends gift card . This place has nice staff as well.
