The store is always well stocked and maintained (minus the collectibles area but that is where the children roam.) There is an extensive ground floor open area that can be explored with ease, and help is always within earshot range. The help counter, which is located at the heart of the store, always has an associate that is willing to go the full 100 yards to assist you in finding what you are looking for, or to simply give you a recommendation. If you are looking for a friendly, yet clam and semi-quiet, place to purchase a book then this would be a good choice. There is never really a large line in the check-out lanes, but if there is, you may have to wait a few minutes (they usually only ever have 1-2 cashiers working at one time) but the line is handled well.

Great book store, the staff are super friendly and really helpful. I love getting new books from this place, from time to time. It's a really laid back book store. You can also get your coffee fix off to the side at their own little Starbucks, and who doesn't like getting their coffee fix? Great place to find a new book, and just relax, overall great store.

It was great. People very helpful. Even personally directed us to where the section was. And they even had tips for other books to read. Friendly atmosphere.

Every visit to Barnes & Noble is always an enjoyable experience. Interesting titles all the time. Wish I could win the lottery so I can go and buy all my favorite titles.

A masterpiece to go to the one in Rowland heights near my house shut down ☹️ But this one I came yesterday is fantastic really helpful employees best marvel comics and manga o could find I need to come here more often
