Generally a good bookseller. But that's about it. I've purchased four records from them, and returned two of them, as they've been just shy of unplayable. The recent reorganization is kind of okay. I think it's a little difficult to find what you're looking for in, but it's not the worst. But their music section looks like it was organized by a five year old, and a very stupid one at that. It took me twenty minutes to track down a single item. There's no sense to it. It's obvious that it was thrown together in ten minutes so some guy could leave early.

There is nothing better then going into Barnes and Noble on the weekends. The staff is great and there selection is wonderful.

Something about Barnes and Noble that every time I walk through the door I forget about the outside world and enter into a realm of my brain that is relaxed and calm. Most of the time I just plan to stroll through the isles and not purchase a book....however, more often than not, I always walk out of there with another book to add to my collection. Thank you Barnes and Noble for many years of excellent service as well as selection of books!

Helpful staff at checkout even though the store was jammed with shoppers. Could have been a cold transaction, but I was made to feel comfortable about asking the questions I had.

Very nice place and helpful staff. If you like finding books and drinking Starbucks coffee this is good as it gets.
