I went there and thw place was really neat, I love the kids section and how decorative it is. I also like how they have my favorite books! I enjoyed how quiet it was too. 😁

I really love anyplace that has books and I especially have a few classics bought at a good price range the staff are happy to help the atmosphere is welcoming and it is a good place to see all the other authors peices of literature

Not a huge fan of Barns & Noble but decent.  A little pricey and hit or miss customer service.  Would recommend out of convenience.  Though I'm finding I can find most books at Half Price books further up the road.  

I'm more of a digital reader now.  As I read books once then move on.  I enjoy not having a huge book shelve like I use to.  But still have access to them years later.  Do be aware that they can terminate your digital account without notice.  

Revived a Nook years ago.  Got a little from a settlement that Barns & Noble went through.  I believe they didn't have the copy rights to many books.  Never got to use it.  Didn't realize I even had it.  Just expired.  Even though legally it wasn't suppose to.

Love Barnes & Noble, they have great customer service.  They go the extra mile for me.  Whether helping search for book or service with my Nook.

I was just in that store to look for a Spanish book and the lady on the customer service besides she made me wait to help someone else before me, she was kind of rude, but when I saw she was leaving to help some lady that came after me I asked her if she knew where I could find some book she jus said "no" then I asked again if she knew if someone else could help me as she was leaving she said she'll come back to help me...So I decided to go to the register and asked for someone else to help me....Equal customer service is what I expected but she was having some preferences and I don't appreciate that, thank you.
