Great customer service! Was looking for a book and an employee helped me out looking for a book that was not in stock. She ordered the book for me and it was fast and simple. Place looks clean and they have a cafe in that location. Its a nice quiet place to read a book and have a cup of coffee. I like the atmosphere and will be back to get some board games.

One of the last giants of print loving readers. I highly enjoy this place. Also, they carry DVDs, CDs, Vinyl records and more!

The staff are always very polite, and if they don't have something I am looking for in stock the are ready and willing to special order it for me, and give me up to 2 weeks to pick up the product and pay for it. I find this extremely helpful. I am always happy to stop in and escape while looking at books and other things as well.
