The friendly staff is the first thing that attracts me to this bookstore. Every time I have looked for a book, the staff has been quick and very helpful. My only gripe is how much of the store has become focused on non-book items like toys, tech, and games. I understand that this is the changing market but it is comforting after seeing a piece on the news saying that B&N is shifting back towards books over toys/games.

Very large spacious store.  It has a decent selection of games.  Very nice selection of books and magazines.

Stars only because I got caught in the security measures afforded to ex VP Biden and his book signing. Otherwise, 4 or more stars.

Generally well organized, if you need help locating books or other reading material, B&N is one of the few big, brick and mortar establishments in this side of Wilmington.

Well stocked, helpful staff, but quite pricey. 
You can do better shopping online, but being there you are bound to find something to catch your eye that you didn't know to look for.
