Large and well organized store. The staff are very knowledgeable. My one and only complaint was for being in a high end are of Birmingham the restrooms were terrible. Smelled horribly and trash everywhere. I really liked the rest of the store enough to only drop one star for this.

They are a great store with great people with good attitude. I love this store so much. It is clean and very well organized. I always feel like I can get the help I need,when I need help.

They were so nice, super friendly , very helpful.   This was my first visit and I am very pleased.   Will be returning again. !

Starbucks inside is great. Staff is very nice and helpful. The place is clean. Some of the prices seem high compared to other bookstores.
