Clean, quiet, and well-stacked with books of all kinds. I actually drove 20 miles just for one book, because this particular location had it in stock. This book being more on the obscure end of publishings, so it was a pleasant surprise to see it in stock. The staff are very friendly, and I had a nice conversation about both my purchase and a newly released book. I definitely recommend spending a good few hours browsing, learning, and drinking some good coffee.

I had a wait for a little while when I got to the info counter. The gal was cleaning or organizing a cupboard. She at first said that they didn't have the book I wanted. When I said that earlier today my husband had called and was told they have it and it's 16 dollars. She looked again. We then went to where is should have been. We both looked and could not find the book. She was needed other places and I kept looking. I did find the book. It was in the area we had been looking. There were two books of that title. The only part that was not very good was when she said they didn't have the book and when I said they had it earlier, she looked a little better maybe. I did get my book so that's the good part.

The place to go for local retail books. They also carry a decent selection of toys like Lego and other items. Plenty of spots to sit and read or study in the cafe. Staff always seems knowledgeable and the help counter has always been able to help me track things down when I have a question.

I liked the place The workers don't just work there. But they also are avid readers. Customer service was great. Even the customers were nice. I'm gonna be going back after I finish the book I purchased.

Long, serpentine line tonight (day before Christmas Eve), but it moved so quickly—yay for fast cashiers! There was also a gift wrapping station staffed by two lovely gentlemen raising funds for a pair of homes for developmentally disabled adults. They did a beautiful job while I rested in the cafe with family members I happened to bump into at the store. A great shopping experience which could easily have been a nightmare.
