Books, books and more books!!! I love the many selections of books, the variety of magazines, and the great children's department! I just love grabbing a cup of coffee, a tasty sweet, and several magazines and books then just sitting and enjoying the pleasures that come from reading! I love the great gifts and educational books and toys available for children of every age!

Had a terrible experience attempting to exchange a book which we received 2 copies of over the holidays. Without a receipt, I was told there was nothing they could do for me because their computers can't track the items and wouldn't know how it was paid for or what was paid. I was also rudely told that they couldn't even confirm the book came from Barnes and noble, even with a "members save" sticker on the front cover which is clearly the one used in their stores. I wasn't even given the option to receive the lowest price paid for the book. The manager was only slightly less rude than the teenaged cashier. Barnes and Noble might want to consider bringing their computer systems up to date. I will be asking family and friends to get our gifts elsewhere in the future.

It's a great store, not many left, excellent selection and knowledgeable staff. Cashing out could have a better system.

You're average B&N but without the multitude of annoying college students and hipsters. Great kids section; the best I've seen at any B&N in the 50-60 I've been to throughout the US. Clean bathrooms, many discounted items and the cafe is quick and accurate with orders. Very friendly service and very rarely crowded.

So many books, so little time ... but the cafe invites you to look at books and the latest magazines while enjoying a beverage. The staff is extremely knowledgable and they love to share their list of favorite books.
