Helpful and extremely courteous staff. You can find almost anything that you're interested in, and what you can't customer service will special order it for you.

I’ve been coming to this store for many years but no more until they deal with the assistant manager who publicly spouts his intolerance. I went in to replace my Nook and was ‘helped’ by this guy. The unit I wanted to try had a dead battery and I wanted to know if we could charge it enough to get it to work. He started popping off that all the useless transients stole his chargers and, OMG, they were even living in Drake Park. First, why would he think a customer he just met would agree with his intolerant rant and second, why is he still employed there? I have no confidence the store manager I talked to will fix this. I’ll get an e-reader and my books  elsewhere.
