I have been coming to this store since they opened they're doors, and every time I have been there I have had a very positive experience.  The staff are helpful and friendly, and go out of they're way to help. Great atmosphere feels very welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. Love it!

This holiday season I spent a couple hundred dollars on gifts at Barnes and Noble. Several items needed to be returned. I came in on January 24, with unopened items and the original receipt in hand. I was shocked to hear that they would not return any of my items because they had been purchased just over one month prior. Apparently they allow their receipts to expire so the goods you purchased 32 days ago have no value. I will never shop here again! Be advised, don't buy things here! Find someone local who will appreciate your business enough to allow returns.

This place would be better if they did not try to up sell you so much. I don't want to be asked if i want a club membership every time i go in to buy something. 

The staff are like robots and they are programmed that way. It would be nice to have some people working there that liked books and reading.

Within moments of entering the building, I had located an associate  and had been directed to the correct section and immediately found the book I was looking for. The wait time in the checkout line was a bit longer than expected because they only had one person at the checkout counter, but he was very friendly and was quick at his job.

One of my favorite local spots. It's quiet even when it's busy unless some little tyrant is running around.
