I was looking for a very specific book online and offline. This store was the only one that had one in stock.  Went there with plans to buy it if I like the contents.  Mediocre contents no better than what I already knew.  Surprised store price is quite higher than their own online price (not comparing to Amazon).  All the costs to run an actual store are understandable, but I'm afraid major portion of people will simply browse and go online for a cheaper price.  Nothing really I can complain about.  Staff were nice.  Layout and vibe were top-notch.  It's just sad internet is choking on everything.

This is one of my favorite bookstores. I especially enjoy the outdoor section, where you can pick up anything from John Gresham paperbacks to 18-Century editions Jonathan Swift, all for under $5. The owner Ken Gloss seems to acquire a lot from estate sales and the like, and he won't charge a lot just because something is old and/or rare.

The bad, this store no longer carries books on guitars. The good, ordering books is no problem, the price's vary if delivered to you at home or delivered to the store.
The employees here are very helpful
