What can you say its Barnes and Noble and I could spend hours in any of their locations on the planet. This one in particular gets 5 Stars in my book because, I called about a book and they didn't currently have it in stock but said they had a shipment coming in and would put a copy on hold for me if I would like. 2 days later I got a phone call and immediately rushed to the store to pick it up. All this for no extra charge. I feel like its a big store and probably "standard procedure" for them but it made me feel special and made my day when I got that call.

I love B&N and have for years, but ever since they started pushing their credit card I've been very uncomfortable going. I understand that there is a quota and marketing purpose to it, but there is one bookseller in particular who's pretty aggressive at pitching it even after I say no.  I buy tons from this store and just seeing him as the only cashier makes me want to leave all items behind because I don't want to deal with it.  Other than that, this store is my favorite, it has an impressive collection and I'm a fan of the bakery's spinach and feta stuffed pretzels.
