Out of all the locations, this is my favorite store.  It is comfortable, welcoming, and convenient.  My 11 year old son looks forward to trips here to purchase books to add to his personal library.   He loves to explore the store, sit in one of the areas to relax, or enjoy a peek at a new book.   This store has a Starbucks but I'm not impressed with it. They messed up a simple hot chocolate order I placed.  It tasted horrible.  I can usually find good clearance mark downs on books I love here.  That's a plus.  The customer service is not always great and needs work.   Overall, this is a great store.

Great place! Friendly employees and warm environment. I always find what I am looking for, but sometimes it can be kind of pricey.

I have always felt that a coffee shop inside of a bookstore was a bit of evil genius. I seem to be incapable of not taking advantage of the convenience. 
B&N has a welcoming vibe. It's got a little more energy then the library, what is calmer and usually quieter then a stand-alone coffee shop. So this bookstore has become my go-to study location.
The Wi-Fi is consistently speedy... Or at least consistently tolerable. There is also an extensive inventory of music and unique, outside-the-box gifts. I've gotten more than one Christmas present there and one time I got a last minute birthday gift. This place is a lifesaver.

Located in New Outside Mall. Nice, Clean and Quiet. Staff is helpful and friendly. Times when I've specifically asked about certain books they end up always having to be ordered online though.

Books a million had better choices the only thing they have going for them is Starbucks inside but the line is crazy long
