I always have shopped here. On this visit I handed my bag to my adult daughter. As we we're going out the alarm sounded and the clerk accused my daughter of shop lifting. She had failed to deactivate the sensor on a book we had perchased. Very dissatisfied and no manager could speak to me. Still have not heard back from them

Love. To just sit in at their Cafe and read and relax. Several comfy chairs through out as well. Not to loud as well. Cute kids section.

Decent selection, in particularly on cookbooks, cook books, cookbooks.
Excellent selection on music and other media in particular for a brick and mortar store.
But book selection on most other masculine type interests is highly lacking.

I come here once a month and every time I do I feel free. To me, being able to drink coffee and enjoy a good book in a peaceful atmosphere is heaven on earth. Plus I always find something worth purchasing.  The staff is always kind and never seem rude in any way. :) :) :)

Clean store a huge plus. The employees though are lacking. They are hard to find in the store and in my experience have not been helpful.
