Very friendly staff. They jump up to help you find something. The store itself is very calm. The cafe scent goes through the whole store calming you down. They have a big selection and fair prices. Lots of sales. The only thing that is kind of bad is that sometimes there aren't that many people there so you kind of have to look around for people. Other than that I love it.

Absolutely wonderful store with a smell of fresh coffee and new books.  Big part of the store is for kids who want to stay there much longer than planned.  Adults too!
