My experience two days ago wasn't as pleasant as in prior visits.
I found the removal of the conveniently located computer allowing customers to search for wanted items a big hassle. 
The centrally located service desk was unmanned for too long of periods at a time. 
I searched for a store service person for more than ten minutes for help.
The music department was also void of help. I hope that this is not a sign of what's to come from an establishment that has proven to be a source of problem solving and information.

Excellent bookstore. They always are very helpful with helping me to find new releases. I usually will visit on a Tuesday when some new releases are released and I'm usually very pleased to see that whatever I am looking for is in stock. The staff are very helpful and extremely helpful. They enhance my shopping experience. The cafe is also a joy to visit,  the staff are very welcoming and it's always a pleasure to buy a cup of coffee and unwind here.  The music department is also quite nice with very friendly staff.

I love barnes and noble, this is my favorite store. I love books. This place is amazing, it has a Starbucks inside, even though I am not a coffee lover i love to see down in there cafe  eat , read and do some homework with my buddies. Barnes has great selections of books, a lot of discounts. Nice costumer service, very clean.

I still love browsing book stores. I could stay in there for hours and BN does not disappoint

Something for everyone. Kids section, enormous categories for reading, research and self help. A great cafe to grab breakfast, lunch or a snack,  relax and read.
