I love books so I'm thankful this store is available in Wilkes Barre. I used to spend a lot time here but it was reorganized and now I feel like I'm at a rummage sale rather than a store. I have no clue how they decide what goes into the categories that are posted in the different sections. I haven't been able to find a book in this store without customer service in over a year. That's really discouraging to me because I feel like an idiot standing at the desk waiting for help as it is rarely manned. So, instead of going to find the book I want and look around, I call ahead and have it taken up front so I don't have to deal with the frustration.

Wonderful experience today in that store.
I am not a FREQUENT shopper there.....so I had no clue as to where the departments were....that I was interested in. One of the young associates was soooo verrry helpful. Taking me to 3 different locations....was a huge time saver. Awesome job at assisting a novice customer! I will be back for the holidays....for sure. Ty

I went to Barnes and Noble for the first time. It's a great experience, the staff is friendly, very helpful. I highly recommend it.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Acting in a professional manner and getting me the items I want. Books, movies, music and more. The membership is well worth it.
