Barnett and Brown is a great furniture store. We had a couch ordered from another place and it was taking a long time to get in so I called Barnett and Brown and they not only had what i wanted in stock but it was cheaper. They have quality products and great customer service. I definitely recommend using them.

We shopped at several furniture stores in the Florence area, as well as in TN, and this store had a great selection. But the best part was our sales person, Kellie...she was very knowledgeable about the products and had a great personality! We will be back to see her!

They are always very helpful in helping customers make selections. Prices are awesome too. I purchased an item that was going to be delivered due to not being in stock when ordered. Then it went on sell. The manager had the salesperson call to let me know I'd get the sofa st the on sale price. That's taking care of your customers! Thanks! Tessa Echols

The headboard I had delivered was done so by two young gentlemen who showed up without hardware. They went to Lowe’s to get hardware which wasn’t right so they actually sat outside and tried to grind down the heads of the screws on my sidewalk so they would fit into the drill. The headboard was put onto the frame so unevenly that all four feet of the frame didn’t even touch the floor. I called and they returned to fix it. I called three days later because my headboard was loose and I was told they couldn’t help me because it needed to be mounted into the wall. I live in an apt and can’t do that and was never told when I purchased that that was necessary. I reordered a different frame that they delivered and assembled with screws That were a good 2 inches too long. I will not purchase from them again!!
