Unless you have time to waste, or can wait for months with no work done, do not bother with this company. I contacted them 9 weeks ago and until 3 weeks ago had little response, and that included a 15 minute wait on a meet at the property. I called at 10 mins after the appointment and got, "Oh S**t, I will be right there." then nothing again.

I went to their office, again, 5th time, and found an owner to speak with. Next day got a call from "T", (who I had never been able to reach.) He said he didn't know how I fell thru the cracks...I had left two VM, and number messages, and stopped by the office 5 times... 

He promised me I would receive 2 email proposals, with and without the survey. Survery had been promised for 3 weeks at this point, but never done. Next day got a call from his assistant "A" who again asked me for my email address. Then....nothing.

Today I stopped in, to let the owner I had previous spoken to, to say thanks for getting "T" to call me, but since nothing else has happened , I am going to leave negative reviews for your company.
He seemed surprised, but not overly. Sad this is how a business runs, especially one that is recommended by the city to use for a new building.
SO, unless you have time to kill, don't bother with this company.
