If you're a guy getting a haircut, you may want to consider another place. The prices fluctuate all over (I've had my hair cut from $25 all the way to $45) and no one usually bothers to tell you that even if your stylist is out and they substitute someone else in.

That's another thing.  I like a little consistency.  I think if I visited this place 12 times in a year (once a month) and scheduled the same stylist, I'd see that person probably 6-8 times and someone else the others.

Also, if you're a guy, get ready to listen to the chatter all around you, there's going to be a lot of it.

good luck booking an appointment.  

half the time you book an appointment when you show up someone else (a new person who doesn't know what they are doing) ends up cutting your hair.  
The other half of the time they book you but you show up and they say noone booked you.

Use to go to Cliff ($30 men's cut, use to leave him $20 tip on a $30 cut).  Guess it wasn't good enough, or he'd make an better effort to get me in.  I'll find some where else, byeee

DON'T VISIT THE RIDGELAND LOCATION!! I SAW THE RECEPTIONIST SNEEZE IN THE CUCUMBER WATER. SHE ACTED LIKE SHE DIDN'T SEE ME AND GIGGLED ABOUT IT. RUDE!!
