Learn the law you took an oath to uphold, and uphold it correctly- Not how you interpret it. Those troopers who think they are above the law and are on a power trip- you’re a disgrace to the badge you wear and the citizens of the state of Maryland.
Lost an expensive watch— it was returned to the station and the excellent troopers got in contact with me quickly and were very friendly.
On August 1, 2019 I went into the barracks explaining that someone went into my e-mail and deleted some e-mails and also have manipulated setting and created my user account to be disabled. He stated that their was no crime in someone accessing another persons computer unless they use the persons information. I even offered to bring in my computer so their IT personal could go through my computer, however he stated that they were to busy looking into more important things. So he suggested to go to an IT business for them to get the evidence and to obtain a lawyer. This was SGT Wargo and he said his badge number was 4774 and also said he didn't have any business cards with his information. He clearly was very adamant not to write up a report on my allegation instead of taking my word he wanted me to get the evidence. I also explained that I had IP addresses and network information that showed my computer was being hacked. He didn't even ask me to bring that documentation in, instead he said I allegedly have documentation and said that unless the person access my computer uses my information then there was no crime. But with no report or investigation they wouldn't be able to see if my information was being used. So I walked away with a posted note with the state police number, after I asked for his card. I had to ask for his name and badge number which he could have made up since he clearly didn't want to create a report on my email being accessed by someone else and deleting e-mails he made it seem like it was my fault, saying I should have a double verification process. Also I brought up that I was being followed, he asked me why I said I had no clue and yet again he didn't want to look into it. Which I thought it was his job, I even had license plate numbers and etc, which he never even asked for instead he just said there was no crime and he wasn't going to create a report.
They would not respond to a fender bender I was involved in to take a report, on 1-26-19, if they would of as I requested, they would of found out the driver that hit me didn't have insurance & would have been a big help in the accident investigation, now I'm going thru a bunch of legal b.s., just when I started believing in the system again, I'm reminded why I don't, thanks guys for being there, y'all need to change your policy on accident report, it happened at the car lot across the street from the Belair road barracks
