I had right shoulder rotator cuff surgery on Oct 20th at UVA Outpatient surgery. I started therapy at Barren Ridge Physical Therapy 2 weeks later. I am now entering week 6 of therapy. I am moving my arm and shoulder without a lot of discomfort. It is a small business in Stuarts Draft and I highly recommend their services. The staff is very friendly and very professional. Anyone in this area that needs physical therapy I would highly recommend going here. I still have about 6 weeks to go, but I have confidence that my shoulder will be at or close to normal.
