A nice and compact recreation park nestled in the Brentwood hills below Sunset. Although it’s a typical urban park layout, there’s potential here for the inclusion and infusion of nature that comes with the area! There’s a recreation center with restrooms, tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields. Parking is available inside the park for up to four hours, tho may be crowded. Street parking along Barrington may also be possible where permitted. Temporary bus parking may be alright with the driver in sight, across the street, along the east side of Barrington Avenue at Veterans Barrington Park.
Nice small park. There are four courts to play tennis and two to play basketball. There is also a small playground and an area to play/walk with dogs. Also, there is a picnic area. Parking is free but small and gets busy really quick. Enjoy!
Nice place. Lots of installations for kids to play on. Basketball court, baseball field, and several tennis courts. Little small which is why I took off one star. Gets crowded because of its size.
Free parking limited spaces, free tennis courts in good condition, playground for kids, great location, walkable to plenty of neighborhood residences. Playground isn't huge, but not too small. Basketball courts and gym. Small grassy area is overrun by gophers, lots of holes and uneven ground is challenging for tiny feet.
Great little park for Brentwood. There is limited parking space, but there are 4 tennis courts, a basketball court, baseball field, and kids playground to take advantage of. Or if you just want to relax in the hot LA sun, set out a blanket in the grass and have a picnic.
Great place to take the kids, outdoor basketball and tennis court. If you are interested in getting your kids started in basketball, you can see Barry who is out there every Sunday morning teaching kids to play basketball.
Little parking. Street parking is also bad. But nice park. You'll have to wait for tennis courts in the evenings and the lights don't turn on at night time.
Very nice park. Gets crowded on the weekdays with a lot of nannys and children. Check out the little pond. There is a family of turtles and ducks that live there.
Quite lil park req center for the kiddos. I suggest they keep their vending machine filled. On 3 occassion in 9 days there was no water only diet soda.
I was there for a softball game, they had bathroom facilities but nothing else. Happy that they have a place for veterans.
