I’ve been taking my pup Hammie to Barrington square animal hospital for over a year now. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming.. especially the doctors. I trust them and the staff. They are very caring and knowledgeable about the dog and type of breed he is. I would completely recommend them. The picture below is Hams first visit! He loves Dr. Zoe and looks forward to seeing everyone
My appointment was at 8:30 and no vet staff entered the room until 9:15. Not even a vet tech. Around 9 I had mentioned to the front desk staff I’d already been waiting 30 minutes. The amount of time they spent on my cat lasted all of 5-10 minutes. Seems like more care should be given for them to charge $200+.
Since the very first day I brought my puppy here, The receptionist Marlene has ALWAYS been so sweet and nice! She was very helpful and informative when I was trying to decide on what to get my puppy for preventatives. The first person you see when you go to a clinic is the receptionist and the way they greet you is important so I just want to give her a shout out for always being so welcoming to us. Dr Zoe is also amazing!! She is very sweet and compassionate I saw a few other providers but I felt comfort with her especially as a first time puppy owner I had multiple questions and was not familiar with a lot of things not once she made me feel dumb for asking questions. Plus my puppy Teddi loves her and can definitely sense the good vibes from her. Thank you!
Brought our dog Brody today to get his nails trimmed and a bath. The staff have always been very polite and helpful. My son collected Brody and we were so happy when so saw him! No more baths at home. I highly recommend Barrington Square Animal Hospital!!

I have taken my dog Remy here since I adopted him in 2021. I've seen several of the doctors at Barrington Square and have had a wonderful experience every time! Everyone is so kind and helpful, and they make sure my anxious little buddy feels comfortable at our appointments. I've seen them for both routine care and injuries/illnesses, and they did a great job following up on him after those more difficult visits - we love Barrington Square!
A few days after my cat got neutered, he started bleeding, so I immediately called the hospital. The receptionist told me that the doctor was with other clients and couldn't come to the phone. I understood and sent a picture of the incision area, as she requested, with the assurance that the doctor would contact me the same day. Despite my two follow-up calls and the email with the picture, I never received a response. This experience was incredibly disappointing, especially considering the high prices that do not match the service quality.
We were unable to schedule an appointment at Barrington Square due to no availability so we unfortunately had to visit an emergency animal hospital near by for our pet. After receiving treatment from this other facility, my dog experience sporadic behavior every 30 seconds. It took about 15 minutes to get a hold of the other vet only to be told “that doesn’t sounds good, bring her in and pay a $250 emergency fee” a fee we paid that same day for her initial visit. As a concerned pet owner, I decided to call my dogs original vet location, Barrington Square, to get a second opinion on her behavior. The responsiveness and care to my pet is a night and day difference. Despite not treating my pet Nena for this particular incident, Dr. Kristen went above and beyond to answer any questions I might have had and provide solutions. The staff share the same amount of love that we have for our pets and it shows through their attentiveness care! 10/10, this is where you want your pet to be cared for!
The daycare staff at Barrington Square Animal Hospital are so wonderful. Mister runs in the door every time we go. He loves playing in daycare with the staff and other pups. It makes me so happy to know he is in a place he loves when he can’t be at home with me. The vet staff are equally wonderful. Dr. Jen is the best!
