We were very impressed with our experience with BRMM law firm.  We sought their services for a new trust to replace an old one that was out of date for our current situation, as well as for help with applying for some Veterans Administration benefits.  Don Rosenberg and his very capable staff were attentive, taking sufficient time to explain whatever the relevant issues were and putting together the necessary paperwork  with detailed and helpful instructions whenever we had to be directly involved. They gave explicit guidance for some related probate court procedures we had to deal with.  When some unanticipated obstacles arose, their experience proved invaluable.   The overall outcome was very satisfying.

My family needed assistance with the affairs of a relative with dementia. We had no idea where we needed to start. Scott helped us understand what we needed to do. He prepared conservatorship and guardianship documents and went to court with us. I felt that he really went above and beyond when it came to setting up my relative's estate in a way that ensured she would be well-cared for while simultaneously protecting her assets. Barron, Rosenberg, Mayoras & Mayoras is also really great with the follow-up assistance that you will inevitably need. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone in need of an estate planning or elder law specialist.

If you are looking for an elder-care lawyer, choose Don Rosenberg and his law office.  He and his team helped me secure Medicaid status and a permanent home at a nursing facility for a very close relative of mine.  Mr. Rosenberg and his team made me feel that my concerns for my relative were primary on their daily list of “to-do’s.”  Whenever I phoned or emailed, I received helpful responses from them –usually the same day.  They were steadfast in their pursuit of a positive outcome and they succeeded.  I would highly recommend Don Rosenberg and his law firm to anyone looking for assistance in elder-care law.
