I used this office from 2015 until Feb 2018.

I'll start by saying I loved John Garcia. He was a great PAC. 

The staff though? Needs work. Everyone has a resting b*tch face and is rude. I had no insurance and was paying the $70 office visit. It was raised to $85 this year. I cringed but still paid it. 

I had just been seen in the clinic by John for my medication. I needed a letter from my doctor stating my medication wouldn't effect my driving a bus, required for DOT physical. I called, they wanted me to come in, pay $85 for an office visit PLUS another fee for a letter written up. So I went to another Dr that charges $70 office visit, they happily wrote me a letter and didn't even charge me extra for it. 

This clinic will Nickel and dime you to death. 

Also, clear your day if you make an appointment here. Times mean nothing. You'll wait 30 mins or more in waiting room. Once you're in the room waiting for doctor.... I've waited 30 to 45 mins each time. 

My husband put a call in to the office manager requesting a call back. They have never called back, and I'm sure won't. 

I do not recommend this clinic. At all.

first to say, my care there was excellent however, my insurance was changed to Blue Cross Blue Shield. Even though he is listed as a primary care physician, he bills you as an urgent care which is twice the deductible as PCP. He should not be allowed to claim being a PCP then spring on you the extra cost. I feel this is being deceitful.

If it weren't for the fact that I like Dr Willens and Caroline, I would have ditched this place a long time ago. Today I went in for a minor procedure, and as usual it took 20 minutes to check out. No one even acknowledged I was there even though I was standing right in front of the counter, nor did they have presence of mind to ask if I had been helped. Only after I asked how much longer it would be was my chart brought up front so I could pay. The front office staff definitely lives in their own little world and has little to no regard for customer service.

Great office! I came in with knee pain, had a short wait time and got back to a room to see Dr. Willens. He ordered a X-Ray and an ultrasound that I got to have done all on the same day and follow up. After my testing i went back in the room and went over the results with Dr. Willens, he was very patient while i asked all my questions and offered to give me a knee injection to help with the pain. I got the injection and went on my way, the next day the nurse called to see how my knee was feeling and if my injection worked! This place is by far the best family doctor around and my knee is feeling back to normal with no pain at all. I highly recommend to all of my friends and family.

I am always happy when I leave the Dr office. I have using him for 4 yrs and am very pleased. I sent my co workers and they to were very 
satisfied
