It can be a little nerver wracking to speak with a physician about wanting to try an alternative therapy like medical marijuana.  Dr. Barth's presence is casual and inviting.  Her simple office and attire make her more approachable than any big city doctor.  There is a whole person/whole health approach employed here and she listens.  My advice to new patients is to download and fill out the medical history form online before you arrive at the office.  The questionaire is the most extensive and complete one I have ever needed to fill out.  If you have real medical issues you will need access to information at home, so do it there and bring it with you.  Also, bring a medical treatement summary from your other doctors.  Just ask them, and you may not need to have a follow up appointment for a year.  This will save you time and money here.  Lastly, keep track of your improvement or lack thereof and share it with Dr. Barth whenever you come back.  Remember that appointments are more affordable for everyone because patients pay in cash at the time of service, so be prepared.
