Extremely disappointed with Barth. 

My prior review was 5 stars, as I believed they had set us up with great coverage for a low price - turns out that was not the case at all .  I was unhappily surprised when our insurance audit came back to us with a 5-figure invoice, which we are still fighting.  Barth left us holding the bag, and had no advice for us.  I depended on Barth to ask the right questions and to set us up with what we needed to be correctly covered.  This didn't happen.  I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for an insurance agency if you don't want to experience this kind of surprise.  

On a side note, one of our employees just switched from Barth to another local agent, and saved herself about $1,100 annually in auto insurance costs.
