I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Grogan and his colleagues, the techs and all the staff including those at the boarding kennel. They are personable, caring and know their expertise. We understand the dependence our pets have on us for their well-being, so trusted veterinarian service is essential to us. We have had to use the after hours emergency service as well as routine and extraordinary services in caring for both our cats and dogs. And as far as convenience is concerned, we have to board our pets fairly often, and the routine vaccinations, etc., can be taken care of while being boarded. We have never been disappointed. January 2, 2017 update: Since I have written a review for BAH before, I thought it appropriate that I follow up as time passes. I am truly pleased to say that the review I wrote earlier still stands. My pets actually like going there as they are treated so very well even though they are, at times, in need of more that routine vaccinations and check-ups. Over the summer, two of my dogs were bitten by a copperhead with the resultant pain and swelling. Dr. Grogan took the call after hours, met me at the clinic, and provided the right care and treatment for a successful and less painful recovery for them both. All is well. Still extremely happy with both the hospital and the boarding kenned. In fact, we could not be happier.

The vets are superb! Not only knowledgeable but caring and compassionate. The staff reflects the values of the vets--caring and compassionate!

Caring, Efficient, Supportive, Knowledgeable doctors and staff. I have several dogs and foster others every now and then. I wouldn't think of taking my "kiddoes" anywhere else. Always available with a phone call and have helped me keep my guys/gals healthy for a long time. HIGHLY recommend.
