Very nice breakfast this morning.  Ordered the most expensive item on the breakfast menu, and enjoyed a solid diner-style grilled strip steak plus eggs.  Very protein, nice fat.  Great service, attentive and thorough.  Would have preferred working WiFi.

We have been going to Basells for 32 years. New owners have raised prices. Last visit for dinner the rather large waitress stood and stared at us while we ate our dinner. Real turn off. Then we heard Cindy left. Enjoyed many years here but not anymore.

I went here the other day for lunch and the food was good however our server was not. Her name was Cindy and it took her 5 minutes after we were given our menus to take our order or ask if we wanted anything to drink. I will also mention that there were 2 other tables in the restaurant at this time. When our food arrived she gave it to us and that was it. She did not bother to ask how everything was or see if there were any complaints about the food or to ask if I wanted a refill on my drink. I had to ask her about another drink before we were acknowledged again. Overall not a very pleasant experience.

Grabbed breakfast here on our way out of town and really enjoyed the food. Service was great.

Omg!!!!  I used to love this place ... loved as in went all the time for prime rib on sat and Sunday... Something happened!!  Price went up and the sorry excuse for prime rib was alarming.  It shouldn't flake like tuna.  It was cold and my mashed had mystery chunks in it... ended up sharing chicken fingers with my daughter ... it was that bad!
