The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because I love their ice cream. The evening staff is rude went there twice around 8:45 and the lights were off. Went again around 8:40 and the teens were still inside pretending as if they were working while my child cried. This last time got there at 8:30 and the open sign was off again, left at 8:44 after getting our ice cream we took pictures of the time. When I mentioned excúseme your sign is off the girl just laughed
As another reviewer mentioned I’m only giving two stars as I love BR ice cream. However, this place in the evenings is terrible. We’ve been in the store and ordered online and every time service is terrible, and almost every online order is wrong. They need to really learn the difference between UberEats and Doordash, and send the correct orders with these drivers! So tired of receiving incorrect orders! Also, pretty much every time we’ve had an issue we’ve never been able to get through on the phone, it’s always busy, as if it was off the hook.
These guys are the best every Friday we take our dog to get a vanilla cup and every time they make our dog feel like a celebrity, our dog has fun we have fun they are awesome there, always so friendly and the ice cream is delicious
Who doesn't love ice cream?! Your favorite ice cream.flavors are there whether you want it on a cone or in a dish or with a sundae or a banana split. You can get a shake or get an ice cream pie. Lots of ice cream to eat in or to go. Stop in . . . It's perfect for a hot day and we have many of them.
07/15/2022. Ordered the $35 at home sundae kit. Recieved 2 quarts of ice cream, three cups, with 1 scoop of toppings. Usually when we order this we get what we pay for, cherries and all. So I called and the "manager" says, "Sorry, they aren't trained" and offered a free scoop when I came in. This was for my mom, she's not going in. But I got a sorry, we don't train our people and that was it. I was hoping they'd complete what I paid for, but no. I mean we love BR, but beware of ordering on line!
Went for a cake foe my mother in law and it was perfect
Well, since this gorgeous lady in front of me wanted to.pay.for my.two.scoop cup BlackBerry/Rainbow sherbert, I'd have to rate this visit as great. Also good were the two employees there on sat. Afternoon to smoothly handle the steady flow of customers. Flavor variety offered was decent. And if that gorgeous woman is reading this....I'll buy the next time!

Solid Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream Store. Read the reviews about the one on Coors and decided to go to this location. It was clean, well kept and on brand. The ice cream was good and they had plenty of seats and such for the location. Had the vast majority of ice cream in stock, I did not count to 31, but it seemed like it. Offered all items on the menu.
Quick service. One non dairy option. Outdoor seating in patio, unsure if available to customers. Most customers stand outside or go back to their vehicles.
