If I could give 0 stars I would, horrible place to get ice cream. Customer service is terrible employees clearly hate there job and treat you as such. Horrible horrible customer service all employees need to gain customer service skills. Do not go here!!!!!
This place is pretty solid, the teenagers they have working there are pretty on top of it and hive good service. I was annoyed today when I couldn't sample a seasonal flavor I had not had before. I know we've been in a pandemic, but I think we are far enough along that you guys could hand me a little spoon sample. Anyway, had to go with some classics instead, that was as I expexted.
I bought a mint chocolate fancy full roll today. When I cut the cake at home, everything fell apart. It looks like an old or poorly made cake. the ice cream completely separated from the cake and so did the fudge. Called the store and they said sorry no exchanges or refunds. It is not the first time that I buy there, but it is the first time I got a cake that cannot be eaten, I tried a piece and it tastes horrible. It must have been for days or weeks without being sold. I will never buy anything here again. In the past I bought all our birthday and celebration cakes and ice cream in this store. No more. I will dispute the charges with my bank.
If you care about proper social distancing practice, please do NOT go here. There's a help wanted sign on the window for a reason, and it's probably because people don't want to catch corona. While we were there, there was only one worker for the store, and he kept telling people it was OK to go inside when there was already far too many people to practice proper social distancing. Not only that, but the milkshakes we ordered had far more milk than ice cream, which is atypical, and we were not offered a receipt, just ushered out of a far too small room for the amount of people that were in it. Please be careful about going to this store in these uncertain times.
THE GUY THAT WANTS TO BE BLOND COULD NOT COMPREHEND THAT IN ORDER FOR DASHER TO CONFIRM OR VERIFY THAT HE OR SHE HAS INFACT RECIVED THE ORDER,THEY MUST RECIEVE THE ORDER FIRST.
This place is awesome! The owner is super friendly, the selection is vast, the kids working there do their best to get your order to you as fast as possible and always have a smile for you even when it's super busy and the lines out the door. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.
Nice place to stop ice cream and it's great the cookies and cream and vanilla for me is good it's nice to be right next to a shopping mall and restaurant's to go there.
They do not know how to make a shake. They used like 45 percent milk. And I said can you make it thick and it felt like it was just milk and no ice cream
This place was packed when my friend and I showed up about 45 minutes before they closed and there was only one employee. While one of the customers was being helped a few more people came in and one of them was an employee of the store who had the day off. He took his sweater off and went behind the counter to clean his hands and help his coworker. Within 10 minutes they had the entire line helped and on their way. I'll definitely be back to this place and highly recommend it to anyone just wanting some ice cream.
