Nothing really stood out here today at my visit.  The service was just ‘ok’. Nothing special to write about.  It wasn’t good but it wasn’t bad.  They get you in and out. If I’m not mistaken, no one even said hello.

I've been to a couple different locations but I rarely see cheesecake/cream cheese flavor so I'm glad this location had strawberry cheesecake, and it was good. The staff was nice, too.

I stopped in with my 12yo son and ordered a 2 scoop Sunday. The lady weighed the scoops and to say they looked like baby scoops. I have been eating Baskin Robbins ice cream since I was 3yo and I'm 53. a Hispanic guy came rite after me and she didn't weigh his. The lady who waited on me was Hispanic as well. I will never visit one again. Thanks for the memories. I sat there for over 15 minutes and only the white people got their ice cream weighed. Evey Hispanic did not.horrible service. Icecream . Absolutely fabulous. #summer #icecream ! They are fully opened. The people there were so pleasant.  It was clean and welcoming.  They are open late on Sundays!!!! They carry quart ice cream .

Love coming to this location. My kids love it here as well. They always have plenty of choices to choose from.

There is a lot of Baskin Robbins but customer service makes a big difference.  Brenda at this location has great customer skills! She really listens and makes my Mocha Blast just the way I like it.

I ordered a 2 scoop hot fudge sundae.cotton candy, cherry jubilee and waffle bowl with chocolate outline and fudge on the side. The quality of taste was not good. The Ice cream,the waffle bowl, the fudge, the whipped cream, and etc did not taste good. I couldn’t even finish it or eat it. Also it melted so fast. From the time I got it from the register and went to go sit down it was melting way to fast. Even the core of the ice cream scoop. And the chocolate on the waffle bowl was melting on my fingers. I ended up going to marble slabthe blue ice cream pic and was able to take it Togo and it barely meltedI live 10-15mins from marble slab

I went on Saturday to get 2 brownie Sundaes which cost me 18.00 the ice cream scoops were barely full ..the girl in the front apparently had to get the manager to help and the manager told her how to scoop the icecream..I have been there before and my this was not hardly any icecram for a sundae .Cup was half full  and that was including the whip cream and toppins..been there before and was always satisfied..is there a ice cream shortage

Absolutely amazing. I was celebrating my birthday early with my friend and the workers began singing along! Would definitely recommend!

EDIT 2: They moved my photo to the bottom of the photos page and they’re trying to hide it and are being really shady. Instead of addressing it they’re trying to hide it.  I came here and one of the employees came outside to pet a dog. Another one was standing in the doorway watching, as shown in the photo attached. The dog was a pitbull and I saw the dog go inside the store when they opened the door. One of the employees shown was petting the dog. I wanted some ice cream but I’m afraid of pitbulls and the dog was blocking the doorway. Also I was worried that the employee that was petting the dog would even wash her hands after handling the dog.  EDIT: I guess the owner or whoever didn’t like that I posted the picture and so they deleted it.
