The girl that was working there today on 06/18/2022. I think she was in charge, did not have a name tag. Seemed overwhelmed. I went to order no one was responding so I thought there order thing was broken. Went up to the window told her that I think the order thing does not work, she had a major attitude asked what I wanted heard her say that is going to take long to make. I asked her if that was what she said. She said "yes" . She said, I will have you just pull up and wait for a while with a snarky voice. I just pulled away and left. I was like I'm not having someone make my drink with that type of attitude.
I went through a drive thru for two blast cappuccinos this they gave me has no taste I love those drinks but definitely this is garbage pay more than 5 dollars for each drink..
Had I known that their one scoop serving was a literall 1.5 inch in diameter scoop of ice cream, I would have just went to Wendy's and paid less for a frosty instead. I am very disappointed in the serving portion, not for me but for my children who's reaction to the serving portion amount was just as astonishing as mine was. Maybe year old said it was a baby ice cream... I've taken my children to other Baskin Robbins over the past several years and I've never experienced such frugality. It was just wow!!!
Waiting 35 min for 1 drive thru sundae . finally drove back around and just got my money back ....
Some expensive items but overall great place.
