Been a few times here now. It's definitely a better Baskin Robbins in my opinion and the staff is awesome. The few times I've been here, they've always been extremely friendly and the store is well stocked with all of the flavors.  Props to the guy we see most of the nights we've gone because he's definitely a great employee and has a cherry attitude. Makes visiting pleasant!

I love this shop! A large variety of flavors and dairy free choices. The servers are very nice and they have great ice cream.

I ordered a cake to pick up Saturday morning at 11am for my daughters birthday. When I got there at 11 the doors were locked and no one was inside even though they open at 11. I waited in my car for 20 minutes for someone to show up. Then when I got inside my cake wasn’t even done, he said it would be another 20 minutes. The man working was not apologetic at all. I am not happy with the service.

Definitely call before going. Three times this year I have arrived a half an hour after posted open hours only to find the store closed.

I've always enjoyed BR's ice cream but hadn't been there in years and recently decided to try their new "Tiger Milk Boba Tea." This was a huge disappointment for me, I drank half of it trying to give it a fair chance and ended up throwing out the rest. The tea tasted chemical-y, not too strong but just a weirdly unpleasant flavor. The popping boba were bland and didn't have much flavor at all I much prefer tapioca pearls, and the brown sugar did taste slightly burned or just... off. The whole drink is also very sweet. For anyone who has not tried real boba and has the misfortune to encounter one of these abominations from Baskin Robbins, please do not judge the real boba drink based on this experience.

Always great choices that are fresh and not crystalline like some places. Creamy ice cream, great cones and waffle bowls, and a fairly clean sitting area.

Tiny, TINY scoops of ice cream. They're definitely pinching that penny compared to any other BR I've ever visited. Disappointing since I chose to spend nearly $6 when I could have gotten a gallon of ice cream for that price at the store.  I also got the vibe that I was interrupting him or an inconvenience to his time. I wasn't inside for but maybe 2 minutes between searching the flavors, ordering and paying, so I don't understand why.  2 stars only because I was in and out quickly and for whomever delivers the flavor ‍ definitely not because of good service or experience. Will not ever be returning to this location.

Good ice cream, disappointing that recently the 1 scoop I had maybe half scoop, there was no bottom on wafflecone, was missing more than a quarter. Was a big mess. For price I expect to get what I'm paying for

I come here nearly every day for a cappuccino blast. The drink is great! I frequently get here around 11am when it opens. Unfortunately, the manager for Monday-Friday is often late. Sometimes it's only a few min, sometimes it's 10. Today he's 43 min late. Not acceptable. I'm getting pretty tired of all the waiting. I might just have to give up my habit.
